Proceeds from the 2017 run/walk event will benefit the Coal Dock Park Railing!

We went back to our beginning with the 2017 event by dedicating proceeds to the Coal Dock Park safety railing. Coal Dock Park was designed to serve as a space to hold festivals and for people to walk, run, and play while taking in the breathtaking views of the Port Washington harbor. In order to provide a safe environment for children and adults alike, a railing on the north side of the park is to be installed. Be3 helped defray costs associated with the railing installation by donating 100% of the proceeds raised from the 2017 Land Regatta Run/Walk event to this project - a total of $13,000. It is estimated that the railing requires $200k to install with half of the necessary monies already raised.

The top three performing male and top three performing female participants of each age group were recognized during the award ceremony scheduled following the race. Timing for the event was completed by Absolute Race Timing of Westbend and posted to and here!
